Privacy Policy

Effective November 5, 2026

This policy explains what information Brands Crest ("Brands Crest," "we," "us" or "our") collects when you visit brandscrest.com (the "Site") or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email [email protected].

1. Information we collect

Information you send us. The Site does not have accounts, logins or payments. The contact form on the Site does not send anything to us or store anything on our servers. When you press Send, it opens your own email program with your message filled in, and nothing is delivered until you send that email yourself. When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include, which is usually your name, company, work email address, budget range, and details about the campaign you have in mind.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, the services that host and deliver the Site automatically receive basic technical information when your browser requests a page. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

Information from business contacts. If we work together on a campaign, we may also receive business contact details for people at your company, invoicing details, and campaign results such as views and link clicks.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information or information about children.

2. How we use it

We do not use your information for automated decision making or profiling, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists. If we ever want to send you general updates, we will ask first.

3. When we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these situations:

4. Third party services on the Site

To display the Site, your browser connects directly to these providers, which receive your IP address and browser information under their own privacy policies:

The Site contains links to YouTube and other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site itself does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not use tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technologies to keep the Site secure and protect it from attacks. Because we do not track you across websites, there is nothing to opt out of, and we treat browser signals such as Global Privacy Control as an opt out request in any case.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we are discussing or working on a campaign with you, and then for up to three years so we can refer back to past conversations, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep contracts, invoices and related records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which is generally up to seven years. Technical logs kept by our hosting provider are retained according to its own schedule.

7. Security

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We limit access to inquiry emails and campaign records to the people who need them and use reputable providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and email in particular is not a secure way to send sensitive information.

8. Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Email [email protected] from the address you used with us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law requires, and in any case within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

9. Notice to US state residents

Several US states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others, give residents specific privacy rights. Depending on where you live, these may include the rights described in section 8, the right to know the categories of information collected and disclosed, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling.

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers and contact details (such as name, email address and IP address), professional information (such as company and job title), commercial information (such as campaigns discussed or purchased), and internet activity (such as basic request logs). We collect them from you directly and from your browser, for the purposes described in section 2, and disclose them only as described in section 3. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy appeal," and we will respond within the time required by your state's law. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

10. Notice to visitors in the UK, EU and EEA

Brands Crest is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We process it on these legal bases: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform a contract with you; our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, running our business and keeping the Site secure; and compliance with legal obligations. In addition to the rights in section 8, you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to restrict processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.

11. Children

The Site is a business site intended for brands and adults acting on their behalf. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 in the UK, EU and EEA. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

12. International transfers

Brands Crest is based in Arizona, United States, and the providers we use may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, as offered by those providers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we will make that clear on the Site.
